The council voted to let staff put in place a side agreement with the Martinez Police Officers' Association (MPOA) changing pay in the middle of their contract.

The council was asked to let the city manager sign a second change to its contract for consultant services (ACS) with Municipal Resources Group, LLC for $98,750, bringing the contract's ceiling up to $220,250 total.
Housing progress report
The council was asked to hear the Annual Progress Report on the General Plan and housing plan for 2022, and have staff send it to the Governor's Office of Planning and Research and the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
