PassedPermit Technician II position
The council voted to change the list of budgeted positions for the budget year from July 2022 to June 2023, effective June 1, 2023, to add one Permit Technician II position.
PassedCity manager and police pay
The council voted to let the city manager sign changes to the Management Compensation Plan (MCP) and change salaries under the MCP, effective July 1, 2023, and change the salaries of the city manager and the chief of police, effective January 1, 2024.
PassedDrought rules
The council voted to cancel two earlier city decisions: 124-22, the 15% Drought Management Plan, and 125-22, the Drought Surcharge Pricing.
PassedSalary schedule
The council voted to approve the Salary Schedule for the budget year from July 2022 to June 2023, effective April 1, 2023, so it follows the Public Employee Retirement Law.
