The council was asked to approve the plans and have city staff ask companies to bid on the new park at Pine Meadow Drive (Project No. C5048); let the city manager sign standard contracts with Landscape Structures, Inc. for new play structures for $251,394 and with Romtec Inc. to design and supply a new restroom building for $116,139; and set aside an extra $600,000 in federal pandemic relief (ARPA) money, moving $300,000 more ARPA money from the Mt. View Park basketball court project (C5046) to the Pine Meadow Drive park (C5048).
