PassedLandscaping district fees
The council voted to hold a hearing and approve the engineer's report setting the boundaries and charges for the city's districts that charge property owners for street landscaping and lighting upkeep (Landscaping and Lighting Assessment Districts, or LLADs) for the budget year from July 2025 to June 2026.
