PassedSewer charge increase
The council voted to set a night when anyone can speak before the council votes on raising the sewer service charge, put sewer service charges on the county tax bill for the budget year from July 2026 to June 2027, and have the Clerk of the Board send notice and instructions for filing written objections.

The council voted to take the first of two votes on a new city law protecting tenants from harassment (Chapter 22.85) and updating the definitions chapter (22.04) to follow the regional transit agency's Transit-Oriented Communities policy.
